I would highly recommend David to anyone looking to buy a house in Nashville. As a first time home buyer he was very attentive to the needs of someone who was unfamiliar with the process. We spent a couple hours at the first meeting just talking so that he could get a good feel for what I looking for, something that I wasn't entirely sure about myself when I started the process. He was very patient and low pressure when selecting houses on which to bid. The Nashville market is very tight at the moment and he was willing to look at houses as soon as they came on the market. Due to the competitive nature of the market it took a couple months to find the house for me but I couldn't be happier with the outcome.
